no layout builder on sparky

I work with bluestork template on admin, editing a sparky style, no row is visible, style attributes are all on one page.
When i get another nice template from another site, row are no visible either.

I looked on the joomla reportories and can't find isis administrator template.
where can i dowload it ?

It is strange because few days ago it was ok .
The joomla version is 2.519
I'll try an update it first

Ah sorry for j2.5 it is bluestork. Maybe that joomla is not updated for long??

I removed many styles i don't use and espiacially a lot of seblod "styles" .
Now it is ok .
