500 Internal Server Error

Hi. I have successfully installed sparky framework, but i try to open it (for accessing layout builder, menu assignment etc) from Template Manager->"Styles", i get 500 Internal Server error, but I can open other templates like protostar. However, from Template Manager->"Templates", i click on sparky, i am able to reach folders for Editor, Create Overrides.

I don't have much technical knowledge nor joomla experience; but i am good at reading and understanding. So someone please give me some guidance how to solve this 500 error. I have already designed my website on my personal computer using xampp, thanks to sparky it was very very easy for newbie like me. But on my server i am unable to reach sparky.

If it is any helpful- i am using shared windows hosting for my website. And i have ASP.NET 4.0.30319.17929, PHP 5.4.15, MySQL 5.1.56-community.

For Joomla, it's recommended to have a Linux hosting. Also, it would be good if the host is based on cPanel. I am not an expert for Windows hosts, so I am not sure why you get the server errors.

Thank you for reply. But i am getting 500 error only while trying to access sparky, and not at anywhere else.

i attempted changing htaccess and web.config files after reading such type of issues on other forums but nothing helped.
