image not fading in in article in hot app sparky

The image issue can be recreated by clicking on any of the "Read More..." buttons in the home page. On click of the button it goes to an article where you can see that the image does not fade in and you will see a space between the article brief and the detail.
Like I said, I have not done any specific customizations yet and have gone through the complete hot start install as described in the hot app template install described here.

Remove this from template_css.css:


.content_sparky img {
opacity: 0;
}

Thanks for the response. I just removed those lines from the template_css.css file located in ./templates/hot_app/css still doesn't work.
