Sparky Pro J3..3.6 min-width

I published back the modules. There is just an article on homepage. Anyways if you look In IE and Chrome/Fiefox/Opera with/without modules published you'll notice the width of the page is different. Should be wide to 1392px but in IE looks norrower...

I think it is an isuue of Sparky Pro Framework with IE when the layout builder from admin is set to wider value than 1200px or so. I tested in different sites with J2.5.27 and J3.3.6 and had the same issue.

This is really odd. I see it well in all browsers but IE.

Please have a look at the files attached. This is how I see it in Chrome and Fierfox and everything is fine there.

Can you make any sugesstions to correct this please?

I relay can;t get this. Site is same in all browsers, only problem I see is non-responsive content in layout blocks that causes overlapping as I already stated.
