Where can I delete the Joomla credits in Construction template? was created by dickinson

Where can I change the information displayed in the Sparky Copyright panel in the Construction template? Can't find "copyright" module in Joomla module manager.

Please edit copyright paragraph of this file /templates/hot_construction/library/c.php
