With Joomla in french

The problem is that in french the navigation bar indicate : arphaxad.fr/index.php/ en/ but it must indicate arphaxad.fr/index.php/ fr/

When I delete the plugin "system language filter" there are no more problems but what happens when I translate the website in to english?

Although I isntalled the french language in the existing articles (original in hot_wine) only english exists as language.

If you think of language .ini files that come with template and modules you have to create their copies in Franch. So one example:

language\en-GB\en-GB.tpl_hot_vortex.ini is for English

language\fr-FR\fr-FR.tpl_hot_vortex.ini you need.

Does that mean I have to transalte the 244 lines of en-GB.tpl_hot_wine.ini in french?
Or just copy the title an change it into fr-FR.tpl_hot_wine.ini?

you can just copy it but with right new name (with fr-FR) , you would have English in backend

After doing the change I can not open the tab "content" when I am in Language Manager: Installed Languages ​​whereas it is essential for the management of languages.
I put language \ en-GB \ en-FR.tpl hot vortex.ini in the file language / en-GB
