How to change the title of Joomla Website was created by Mohamedqamsa

i want to change the title of of Joomla website. specially i used vortex Template and i tried to change a title and its not allow to change .

mostly when i want to change the title i used site > global configuration the type the title i want .

Enter default menu item (home page) in right panel settings you will see parameter to change
