Making Links Open in New Tab was created by Brend

Can you please let me know how to make the links open in new tabs rather than in the same window? If you could also tell me the file location to make the edits I would apprecite it. Thanks.

You have some links in central panel? just add target="_blank" in <a.. tags you can find in bottom of modules/mod_hot_spinner/tmpl/default.php
