Can I use the spinner as a plugin? was created by wd5mush

Is it possible to use the spinner as a plug-in? I would like to put some other items in the same module as the spinner and wonder if I can reference it using a {spinner}{/spinner} type of call.

Sorry, but we don't develop the Hot Spinner in a form of plugin.
