Errors After install and Config of Hot Spinner

I installed Hot Spinner for Joomla 1.5 and configured the module to appear in banner3 position of my Joomla Template. I am using Joomla 1.5.22

Image directory was designated as:
images/stories/HOME_PAGE

Enabled the module and received the following errors:

When I disabled "Image Encoding" under Script Settings under the Module Parameters, the error messages went away.
