If you are on Joomla 1.6/1.7, go to Content > Article Manager > Options > Filters > select No Filtering.

I guess you got correct HTML code from youtube.com site for the video.

Hi, still got my problem :/

I'm under joomla 1.7 and I select no filtering/aucun filtre (in french)
but nothing change :/

I can write the html code from youtube in the article ! but can't see the video in the article !! :/

when I get there www.max23.fr/index.php/28-videos/24-vid no video embed :/ nothing on the screen :/

but if I use flashblock under firefox, flashblock can see the embed flash code !!! really strange !! but when I allow flash with flashblock :/ nothing appears !

add this parameter to your flash object:

<param name="wmode" value="transparent" />


also add z-index:0 to your flash object

<object style="z-index:0;" ...

i have just noticed that a big part of the youtube code has vanished when i saved the article !
When i get back to modify the article the half of the code has vanished :/

It's probably a problem with the filtering option !
