Transparent BG & Remove Content Component?

In regard to "is already transparent" *(see prior post)

What I mean is I need this area to be FULLY TRANSPARENT. ie; no background color at all. This is just for the Home Page

That area can then use its default style everywhere else.

You can alter image /templates/hot_chameleon/images/content_bg.png to change this background.

You can edit class .upper (in layout.css) and delete background line to make this area fully transparent.
