Running very slow

My website is running pretty slow, and I think it's template related. The front page loads especially slow, even though it's very simple and unpopulated, and subsequent pages load faster even though they have more content.

I'm not using all of the template's features.

Any ideas?

No its obvious it's server. There is delay before content starts coming.
