Footer1 ...Footer4 not showing up properly

Any help would be appreciated.

My Footer1 through to Footer4 module are visible, but the CSS is not showing correctly like other modules in other positions.

I have tried un-publishing all modules directly above, but it has not fixed the problem.

When I publish the footer1 module in the left module position, it shows up fine.

I am using the JV Facebook module in right module position.

Does anyone have any ideas to what the problem may be?

I checked your site with Google Chrome and everything looks fine. Have you fixed it already?
