SEO visibility

I would like my site to appear on search engines, Google at least. Is there something I can do on my template ? Pls advise.

You should optimize your site as good as possible, and SEO is a complex part of web design. If you are not willing to learn, you can find a SEO expert to make all optimizations for you. The most important part is that you must find many other websites that will link to your website.

If I fill metadata info on my pages, are they likely to be picked by google scroller, and shown on google when somebody searches or is a fee charged ?. I have just began putting hours on learning SEO, hope to konow more soonest

Google doesn't charge money for search results listing.

If you target non-popular keywords (ones without much competition), you can reach top of the results even without any optimizations or just with simple optimizations (meta descriptions). But if your target keywords have a lot of competition, you need to find many strong websites to link to your website. If you are targeting the keywords with a lot of competition, I suggest you to hire SEO expert to examine your situation.
