I'm in templates-HotDestinations-images (please see screen shot attached) and I don't have "ribbons" either.

Where can I find my ribbons?

You obviously made a mess by uploading files randomly. They should be in /templates/hot_destinations/images

The folder /templates/HotDestinations/images should not exist at all.

There should be folder /images as well but ribbons should be in /templates/hot_destinations/images

Use Google Chrome, right click on the ribbon image and select Inspect Element to find out where they are.
