Text Font Size

This template allows you to change font size in template parameters (Template Manager > hot_destinations)

I'm looking for where to add the font family from Google Webfonts. Following the instructions, I can't find the index.php file in my template... in template manager>hot_destinations, I have a template css editor but there is no index.php file.

These are the instructions I'm following: for a Joomla template, you should paste the code in template's index.php file in the head section. In example:
<link href=' fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Signika ' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>

Where is the index.php file in the hot_destinations template?

Use FTP client,

templates\hot_destinations\index.php

or

Template Manager - > Click on Templates TAB -> hot_destinations Details - > Edit main page template

But second is not friendly gui
