Issue with Menu on IE and Chrome Browser was created by mcdmedia

Hello

Thanks for the help in my previous posts. I have hopefully one last issue. If you go to my dev site www.tobinmcdonald.com/israelwithavi/sugg...neraries/deluxe-tour

when you go to the menu and hover over the 'itineraries' button the navigation gets hidden under the embedded flash file.

Is there a fix for this in the template code?
