Uncontrolled movements of the screen

lasta 24.02.12 we published our new site, www.artrosys.com , with Hot Destinations.
Everything is perfect.
There is a small problem in the frontend. When the page is open and remains on screen for some time without being acted upon, the visible information begins to vibrate and move uncontrollably, and only stops when it gets to do some new clicking.
How can we avoid this uncontrolled movement.

Well browser does something in background while idle , unforgettably we can not control that.
