Hello, I tried to fix my problem (no horizontal menu items in User 3) but i must see that I have no Top Menu Module.... also I can´t change options in main menu... there is only a text menu without any "extras"...
www.freetimetravel.info
and where can I change the design of the advert 1-4? There I also get just "text"....
Would be happy if someone could help, this ist my first commercial template and it´s not so easy to get through the many possibilities....

your top menu looks ok, for other problem it looks to my by your description that it's common problem in new joomlas filtering you need to set that to no filtering.

I solved the problem by trial and error Installed the Hotstart-Packet in an subdomain and compared the settings....
where do i set "no filtering"?
But now I have changed some settings and don´t find where: at the start page in the top menu won´t show Show Sub-menu Items, also the left and right column are only as short as there are modules visible. Also the "advert 2" position is shorter than the others (Because of less text). Where can I change these settings, so that all active module positions have the same lenght - even when they have less text or pictures?
Its only at the home/start page. When I click another menulink (each) - look is at it should be and sub menu categories are available. Of course I activated "Show Sub-menu Items"!

*SOLVED* the problem was the Hot Scroller Module. When it´s activated, then no sub items are available!!!! If it is not activated, submenu is showing....
