Logo Alignment Issue

Hi,

I recently purchased the Hot Destinations template and working on customizing it. I have run into an issue changing the logo. I modified the module item assigned to logo spot however as you can see from my screenshot its not exactly lining up. I would appreciate any help you or anyone out there can help. The site is behind a firewall and I am not able to give you a direct link to it.
