Menu questions

Hi, I'm trying to create a menu in the right position that collapses.

i.e. so that the 10 sub menu items only appear on mouse over, of the 3 main menu items.

Is this a function only available to the Top Menu of the template?

Or is it something I do in Joomla rather than the Template?

You can find some redy 3rd party vertical menu , or instructions how to style standard joomla menu in that case this would be base css selector for menu:

#column_right .menu{...

or just use your menu tag id
