How best to install the code on the site?

And somehow disappears background for the site after clicking on the "Поиск тура"

You need to configure your editor (plugin settings) to allow such tags as script and iframe. Also make sure text filters in global configuration are turned off. Other solution is to place it in index.php of template

usually place the code in the body of the template? Now I'm interested in Yandex Counter - the feeling that it does not work ...

Code:

'templates/hot_destinations/images/bg4.jpg'
);

replace paths with absolute paths.
