Layout messed up after unpublishing articels

Hello,

Website functions properly for a long time, untill now.
After unpublishing a couple of articles layout seems to get messed.

In css, the two major classes "content_wrap" and "column_right" are placed under main_area.

So far, so good... by the time I unpublish an article this layout changes and "column_right" goes under "content_wrap",
That makes my website look really bad and the module of the right column "embeds" with the "content_wrap".

I would really be very happy if you could make any suggestions, so I can start digging anything.

Probably you have some unclosed tag in content of some article, use w3 validator to check if any.

Also avoid using <div> tags in content of your articles
