Zoo component integration problem

I'm trying to integrate the template with Zoo component. It is working on the homesite but when I click on one of the Zoo items, the detail page is displaying 2 modules that shouldn't be there since I only activated them for the homepage. Ideas to fix it? Maybe I could put some conditional javascript when loading the page? if so, how?

When there is no menu item for particular page so module assignment can use it, joomla takes menu assignment for home page.

I have a menu called item with submenu restaurante-verdeo and it is still showing up. Do you know of any other way to disable the modules on this page? Thanks

The problem is replicating here: safarimedellin.com/joomla/ then click on the first restaurant in the body and you get to the broken page safarimedellin.com/joomla/index.php/item/restaurante-verdeo

You must somehow disable loading of jQuery in the Zoo component. Please ask the component's developer for details.
