Menu items not visible was created by Dunne

When I place Menu at User 10 position, menu items are not visible where I
can change color setting ?

Find this in template_css.css:

.footer ul.menu li a:link, .footer ul.menu li a:visited {
color: #fff;
text-decoration: none;
display: block;
padding: 0 15px 7px 0;
font-weight: normal;
}

remove or change value of : color: #fff;
