I added files to FTP and on the first page I get the Pre-Installation Check where the only "No" is

If any of these items is not supported (marked as No) then please take actions to correct them.
You cannot install Joomla! until your setup meets below requirements.
I use siteground for hosting and checked my PHP.ini file and added the line, but still nothing.
