URL Rewrite was created by consul

hello,

in one of my pages (blog) i have the following url

www.mywebsite/en/ 2011-04-19-08-48-51/com-joomgallery-java-upload/name-of-page

and in others i have :
www.mywebsite/en/ 2011-04-19-08-48-51/name-of-page

but the correct one should be without and i have most of all pages correct, how to rewrite the wrong urls in correct way

www.mywebsite/en/name-of-page
