Add Another Languges

i would like to ask how i can add other languages to my template Destinations, and i use Flashes as Extension for top menu
i need to add it as small flags over the flashes extension
also i would like to add some forms and media on side how i can do it?
this will be from Flashes extension or from Destinations template?

and how many languages i can add maximum?

can you explain the way by details so i can follow it step by step if you don't mind

You can add as menu of languages you want. You can have one of each menu/module for each language
