We recently converted some of non-responsive templates to responsive. As Destinations is popular we will probably do that soon also

Responsive version of Hot Destinations will be released most likely tomorrow (Friday). It will be available for Joomla 3 only. We will not test it under older Joomla versions (maybe it'll work there too).
