What is this code showing?

I have this showing up in the top corner, what is it? How do I fix it?

Also, on this page, instead of the arrow on the bottom right appearing(to go to top) I get this text field. Also I get this at the top

and finally on the same link, alturl.com/ski2n , when you go to the "Image Gallery" tab and try opening a picture, the picture opens, but notice the "Home" menu button? The text overlaps the picture that has been opened. Any resolution for this?

Ok, so it's apparent that as I turn on modules, that code shows up. I have no idea what's causing this.

Find this line:

after that line add this line:

<script type="text/javascript">
