I have furniture store Hot Joomla template Joomla 4. Contact page and Hot Maps comes up with this error...
Sorry! Something went wrong.
This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.
API is entered in Module Settings iframe copied from maps.google.
API is shown here
3 Springswood Grove, Springlands, Blenheim POST CODE 7201 NEW ZEALAND <iframe src=" www.google.com/maps/embed?pb=!1m18!1m12!...308331!5m2!1sen!2sin " width="100" height="450" style="border:0;" allowfullscreen="" loading="lazy" referrerpolicy="no-referrer-when-downgrade">
Latitude -41.5131898
Longitude 173.9390926
These are correct?
I did have to edit Google Maps as it was showing incorrect Lat and Long. Due to an address street number error But it is corrected now.
The API is for 3 Springswood.
Can someone help with this?
I also need help as I cannot edit BLOG images. I go to Inspect and get sizes but still doesnt work. I get this error.
Warning: getimagesize(images/Blogs/BLOG%20MAIN%20IMAGE%20750%20X%20397.jpg): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/hwsdxpeq/public_html/templates/furniturestore/html/layouts/joomla/content/intro_image.php on line 45
Sorry some things are not clear.

Replied by milos on topic Same API problem coming up with Java Script error? How to do Free one then?
Hello,
Please re-download the Hot Maps from our website (path is Joomla Extensions > Maps > "pkg_hot_maps.zip"). Then install it on your current website. After that, go to the module properties and find the option "Use API" and disable it.
The intro images of the articles can be changed through Joomla. When you are editing the article, open the "Images and Links" tab and change the intro images from there.
Regards,
Milos

Thanks Milo.
I will do that re load Hot Maps etc.
Trying the API I enter and then as soon as I save it disappears.. Then message says DENIED.
I have just been through re billing google cloud but embed is free?. I had 3 embed links but know which one is Google
Images Random have not learned how to just add one image per article and stop random. Otherwise I will just use the Random.
But it is in BLOGS I cant find the correct image size through inspect elements. Images and Links I know and can do but for this template it says 749.912 x 396.725 for first blog image almost full width. 100%.
It is the file path that I am getting wrong? But I am sure it is the size.

Hello,
I don't understand your message fully. However, I will try to reply to some parts.
Google API must be entered properly and configured properly in Google Cloud for use on your website. It's super complicated, I know that, but I am unable to help with this. You must configure it yourself. If you are not using advanced map features, you don't need it anyway. That's why I recommended you go without API.
The recommended size of images for the blog is a minimum of 825px (width). However, if you use different dimensions, it will be scaled automatically.
You can't use one image per article in the Random Image module. This is not possible. It rotates images randomly. You can use a different module, like the Custom module, and then put the image in it. Recommended minimum image width for this is 855px (width).
Regards,
Milos

You have replied correctly to what I needed to know. Thank you very much. API requires billing info and maybe I will go that way as I have another 2 Joomla 4 Sparky Builder sites to complete. With Hot Maps. But yes simply without API for now.
Kind regards.
Pamela

Hi
I only have one other thing to solve.
Thank you for giving me recommended image size. My page width is showing 100% so auto sizing will happen.
I understand that the image size still will load the image to the template Blog page. So this error is not image size then? It might be how I have saved my own images to the Media file. Uploaded mine to carousel where the template images are and also Blog folder I created. I uploaded from the carousel image folder.
It doesnt matter whether I upload as a jpg or png. But trying to make them all jpg.
Except for the STORE where they will need to be png.
healthyliving4life.co.nz/images/carousel/picture1.jpg Template images picture1 - 7
healthyliving4life.co.nz/images/carousel...%20750%20X%20397.jpg
My own names image file
healthyliving4life.co.nz/images/carousel...LIVINGHEADER%201.png
My own named image file
Also I created a new image folder Blogs and saved my images there as well
The Template image file in carousel there are 7 up to picture7.jpg
healthyliving4life.co.nz/images/carousel/picture1.jpg
This link shows you how it looks while I am editing sorry. But shows the incorrect path message as I have copied below.
healthyliving4life.co.nz/index.php/blog
HOW DO I GET THIS CORRECT? That is my query so I can load images in the correct path?
This is the Warning message appearing on the blog above the image.
