Demo Installation after Regular Instal

If I used the regular installation and now think it may be better to install the demo, is it best to delete the entire contents of the public folder (i.e. joomla and virtuemart)?

Will this install J1.7 and virtuemart1.9.8.RC2M ?

Currently there is no default payment option (i.e. paypal) will this include a payment option?

I re-installed however I should note that the version of virtuemart installed is 1.9.8H. It suggest for me to upgrade to M should/can I do so?

We do not recommend you to upgrade until VM 2.0 Stable version is available.

I think payment modules for VM 2.0 are not available yet. There are many requests on the VirtueMart's site.

For the production sites (or if you hurry to accomplish the project), I recommend using Joomla 1.5 with VirtueMart 1.1.
