How to remove "Bill to" was created by dimarini

Hello,
I need to remove "Bill to" notice and "Add/Edit billing address information" button as shown in the applied figure.

I tried to find the link location " lotos-u.com/shop/index.php/component/vir...er/edit_cart_bill_to " but without success.
Could you help me!
