Page loads html code to the front

Hello,
I installed cosmetics template and site does not work on some browsers, like IE and/or on some computers.
Its address is www.muscleandhealth.ie and it works ok on Firefox on my PC but it shows the html code on IE. When I am opening it on IE it also asks of downloading css file and some popup boces comes up.

I would like to send you Ivan a report to moderator message but have no idea how to do it yet

Open /css/template_css.php , note that it's PHP file

You will see line starting like this:

header('....

delete that line.

You sent ftp, I I was to do header line deletion for you but that ftp has only one empty folder .

btw. that is an easy thing to do you can do it yourself.

New header is missing on IE now for some simple probably reason
