disable sent email after register not showing

I am unable to find where to disable this function under Global Configuration system is it somewhere else

How do you mean to "disable sent mail"? If you are saying that your Joomla is not sending emails, then please check if PHPMail is installed on the server (ask hosting provider about it). Alternatively, you can use SMTP server for sending emails (set it in Global Configuration of Joomla).
