Please check the attached images. I believe this is what you need.
I did nothing special to make it so. After successfull HotStart installation, I went to the Template Parameters (Extensions > Template manager > hot_ecommerce - Default) and changed Text direction parameter to Right to left.
That's all. No modifications of VM are required.

Hi Milos,
Thanks for your reply.
I knew about template's Left-To-Right and Right-To-Left mode settings.
Switching in between those two modes will not resolve the issue.
In your attached examples you're expirementing with English language ltr/rtl modes.
But I have to say it's not a real test to reflect that issue. Look at my attachments,- The rtl_english.jpg shows RTL mode with English language as a default. Look at the little arrow images - they're pointing right, the same as they would do in LTR mode. The image file is located in /media/system/images/arrow.png.
Now look at the rtl_hebrew.jpg attachment. In this rtl mode the Hebrew language is a default. Arrows pointing left! wich is appropriate for rtl mode. The image file for the arrows is located in /media/system/images/arrow_rtl.png.
Please could you try to expirement with a real rtl language and see what can be done to rectify this problem.
BTW there is a bug with Cosmetics and eCommerce (I did not test other HOT virtuemart templates yet)- when you install ANY additional language you'll have to manually recreate some of the tables and do export/import data, may be that somehow is related to my issue as well? Sorry, I am really not an expert for RTL languages, but did you try to edit Breadcrumbs module and switch it to RTL mode?
Also, you can simply edit the arrow in photo editor and re-upload it as mirrored.
