HOT Effects Rotator Problem

I have install jpeg in hot effect rotator's folder. When i install my site where it's the rotator, I see for 10 sec all the banners(jpeg files) to get install . It's like a flash for 10 sec all the images. I want when the website gets install , to saw only the first banner and then to saw the others.It's like a bug! I can see all the reload of the banners!!!

You can hide images initially:

.nivoSlider img{
display:none;
}


add that to bottom of template_css.css

It does the same thing again. When I open the website ... I can see all the banners quickly reloading and then it goes on the first and stops.

my mistake it should be:

#slider IMG{
display:none;
}

Im having a problem with the HOT Effects rotator as well. I replaced all the demoimages with my website images and for some reason when I open my website the first photo of the slide show does not show at all. Its just blank and then continues to photo "slide2) and so on. When it comes back to slide1 its just blank again.
Ive tried to exchange slide1 with other slide photos and then the photo displays fine but the one thats saved as slide1 still just comes up blank.
