Navigation if vertical vs Horizontal was created by sandersm

The Hot Cosmetics virtuemart product/page navigation is vertical instead of horizontal. If you go to the Hot Cosmetics (July 2011) template, select FACE, change products to display on a page from 9 to 3, the page navigation will appear beneath the list of products. The navigation is vertical instead of horizontal.

How do I fix this? Please advise. Thank you.

send link , there was an change in id of html element so css is not functioning , so send link we can be sure thats it
