Virtuemart - ASK FOR A PRICE - NO POPUP

Hello, when i am inside the virtuemart shop, the product without prices has the "ASK FOR A PRICE" just when i click on it it doesn't appear a popup like when i click on "Ask a question about this product" it opens in the same window and is not even possible at the end to close such page.

I checked your product NEVIA®. On my Google Chrome, the button works fine and it opens a pop-up window.

how it would be? i tried now in chrome it open in full page, i tried same explorer and safari...
did u clicked on "Ask for a price" ? because the bottom of "ask a question about these product" works perfectly!!

and the product u saw has already a price, i said check the one with no price and click on "ASK FOR A PRICE" buttom
