because i want use joomla3 with K2 shop,and your template

We will not release Joomla 3 version of any VirtueMart based template until VirtueMart for Joomla 3 is released. It should happen soon, hopefully about 1-2 months.

i wait you to have update, i hope vituemark are ready because i wait long time for VM3
because i don't use joomla 2.5 now

We are waiting for VM upgrade too, but it's not available yet. Hopefully, it will be available soon.

Virtuemart 3 are ready for joomla 3 now

can you update your template hot cosmetics for joomla 3 and inclued a new virtuemat

and compatible for all support (iphone,tablet etc...)
