add logo to template/website was created by Fontein

Dear,
I am trying to get a logo in the website, Uploaded the logo as logo.pgn in /ieee-itsc13.org/templates/hot_events/images/logo.pgn with Filezilla. Nothing happens!
How can I get this working?
Hope you can help me!

You misspelled the logo image name. It should be logo.png and not logo.pgn
