registerform

I would like to change the contact/registerform in another one with more options, I use another module on another website, how can I implement this module and use the register now button to get to there?

As you can read I'm not an experienced Joomla user

Well each 3rd party module can have different installation procedure , so you actually need to ask component provider about that.
