Browser (templates doesn't show well in all browse was created by Fontein

Dear all,

I have been working with this template and am very happy, but now after some testing it seems that there is a problem with other browsers. I have tested it on Google Chrome, Explorer and Safari. Site: ieee-itsc13.org.
HELP!! :S
