Template CUSTOM style no reaction

Hi and hello, trying to customize the template with the CUSTOM STYLE,

1) most of the (color) settungs will work. epubjournal.de . But the the _feautured side modules stay green instead of the ingiven color #xxxxxx.

2) Front page: how can I have more line distance between the end of an article after Read on... and the next Headline?

3) After all my trials: ZOOMER doesn't.

Some awnsers you got in other threads, about _featured suffix, , i see in your sources:

.featured_bg, div.moduletable_featured, .event_details, .hjtzoomer_nav, .gallery {
color: #333 !important;
}

seams that you set #333? , that is defined in template_css.php
