Second User on Admin Loging - Error 500

Hi Friends, this question might not affect the template directly.

Anyway, here is a question.
I have installed from the backend a new user on the publisher level; it's all there: Name, username, password, unique email adress; it's to see in in the user frontend as activated. But when I try to lock in, I geht an message: Error 500 (in German). I must be a systematicall fault I made. How can I solve it?

I did not delete old user by any chance??

Sorry Ivan, I do not understand what you mean.

I made a second user one level under the super admin. But by trying to lock in ,the 500 error appears. See if you will. I'll send the password. Helmer

Well it's relay not template related so you should be obligated to fix things , you could raise error reporting level in global configuration maybe that will tell something usefull
