word 'articles' before my articles´titles was created by marcello
Hello,
When I link an article to one of my top menu sub-topic, I got to the article page ok, but there is a word , in black, ‘ARTICLES’or 'ARTIGOS' before the real title of the article in green. How do I remove that? Where does it come from?
Thanks for your help

Maybe you have title defined in menu item setting. Check in menu item configuration right panel under "Page Display Options"

Thanks for your time. I have looked at my menu items, and all of them have the 'Show Page Heading' option set to ‘no’.
I will try to explain what is going on:
I want to have two links to the same article from the front Page main area, one from the Menu and the other from a click on a linked Word.
When I go to the article clicking in the Menu option, it works fine, but when I click o the linked Word I always get the extra word on the top left of the article. I have no idea where it comes from. If I visualize the page source code using firebug, I get this:
<div class="main_area">
<div id="content_wrap">
<div class="content_pad">
<div id="system-message-container"> </div>
<div class="item-page">
<h1> Artigos </h1>
<h2> A Conferência </h2>
<ul class="actions">
<li class="email-icon">
<a onclick="window.open(this.href,'win2','width=400,height=350,menubar=yes,resizable=yes'); return false;" title="Email" href="/index.php/pt/component/mailto/?tmpl=component&template=hot_events&link=ed7b568ab81a2523354778c5c4c298545b1e6ce0"> Email</a>
I see the extra title is there as an h1 title:
<h1> Artigos </h1>
<h2> A Conferência </h2>
If I go to an article in English the same thing happens and I get the word
Articles
in the same position.
I did some work in the page some weeks ago, and now I want to input some information, maybe I did put these words somewhere but can not figure out where I did this…
Thanks again for your help

How do you link "linked Word"? If you just use <a> tag in HTML then using same link copyed form address bar when on that page by menu item it will behave same

I found out in this link
forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?t=603463
it is not a template issue, but Joomla itself.
Thanks for your help,
