zoomer image didn't show up

Dear Sir,

I install the hot events tempalte included zoomer extension and all of the data( hot_events25_hotstart),
the picture in backend image edit can show up correctly, but the frontpage zoomer picture didn't showup, only a small icon. could you help me?

This is what page output for image path:

when I browse directly that like instead of seeing image I get NOT FOUND. Eater path is incorrect or CHMOD (You can change chmod form cpanel file manager or joomla xEtplorer) is set not to allow access. Check for that
