Pictures are getting bigger than my view area

Hi,

I bought your Hot Zoomer and now I want to configure it.

I have a bigger picture and put my red and blue square on it.
But after saving my settings, the squares go back to the old position.
Why?

Try chrome browser. You download it less than week ago - right?

I downloaded it two days ago.
What do you mean with "try chrome browser"?

Not every person who look on my side use the chrome browser to look at the slideshow.

I realized, that the squares in the configuration goes always bigger than my picture. Even if change them to be smaller.
After klicking to the next picutre and going back or after saving the squares are bigger than the pictures again

Try to administer it form google chrome browser

I tried to configure it with chrome (portable), but it doesn't work
