Hot-host-template-start instalation is not working

Hot-host-template-start instalation is not working was created by ukeme

Help I Joined club and downloaded hot-host-start template but after uploading to my root folder it refuse to install.It doesnt leave the first page.The next button doesnt just work.
I ve tried with different hosting servers and browsers nothing happens.Please help!!!

Try to CHMOD all files to 777 (change permissions) then try to run installation page
